- Customizable forms to get you started, including both residential and business needs assessments, client agreements, Organizing Plan of Action, numerous client process checklists, and more.
- One hour coach call to answer all of your questions after you have completed the self study program.
- Online audio and visual recordings of Anne Blumer, CPO® guiding you through the manuals, sharing her experience - lessons learned, and enthusiasm of the full curriculum. Our videos are compatible with PCs running Windows and Macs running OSX. We support all popular browsers including Internet Explorer, FireFox and Safari.
